ford service pricing Page 9

Asking what Ford service costs? Fair enough—nobody enjoys mystery invoices. For most petrol Fords, routine logbook services in Australia typically sit around $300–$450, with larger SUVs/utes closer to $400–$650; major services (plugs, fluids, filters) can run $700–$1,200 depending on what’s due. Diesels usually cost more thanks to fuel filters and DPF check-ups, and auto transmissions or coolant/brake fluid changes add to the bill. Most modern Fords follow 12 months/15,000 km service intervals, and many models are covered by capped-price servicing—get a VIN-specific quote from a dealer to avoid surprises. Shop around reputable independents vs dealers, and make sure the quote matches the logbook, not someone’s creative writing project.
