New Toyota HiLux pricing in Sydney runs from roughly the low $30k drive-away for basic 4x2 Workmate manuals up to the low–mid $80k drive-away for range-toppers like GR Sport, depending on on-roads and promos. Used prices are a mixed bag: older pre-2015 workhorses often sit around $12k–$22k, 2016–2019 SR/SR5 4x4s about $30k–$55k, and 2020–2023 examples from roughly $55k–$75k+ depending on kilometres, accessories, and service history. Tradie tax time, canopy/ARB gear, and Toyota’s ironclad resale can nudge numbers north. For live listings and real-world comps, browse Tradingpost alongside dealer sites to sanity-check the market.
