The Holden Hurricane is a 1969 concept car that looked like a spaceship crashed into an Aussie outback. It featured a rotary engine producing around 180 horsepower, which was quite the novelty down under. The car showcased forward-thinking design with gull-wing doors and a futuristic, bubble canopy cockpit. While it never made it to production, its specs included four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering, a tech marvel for its time. It was Holden’s way of showing off what the future could hold, although sadly, that future never came to dealerships.
