holden jackaroo fuel consumption Page 6

The Holden Jackaroo was never shy at the bowser, but context matters.

Typical real‑world 3.5L V6 petrol returns around 13–16 L/100 km mixed driving, while the 3.0/3.1 turbo‑diesel manages roughly 9–11 L/100 km.

Highway touring can dip a touch lower; city traffic, roof racks, big AT tyres or a van on the back will send it north in a hurry.

Keep it serviced, tyres at correct pressures, and the old bus will behave as well as a two‑tonne brick can. Consult official documentation for exact figures.
