These Silica-Nitride cups are oven treated in pure nitrogen to promote a thermal effective structure. Also it takes high thermal shocks due to this in standard cups splitting, melting, and cracking. It gives you very high results in exposure to high AC Amps TIG welding procedures.

As a result of which you can use the tungsten tip balling up flush with the orifice of cup and keep your cup size narrower which will lead to maximum cleaning and gas ionization, hence giving you super quality Aluminium TIG Applications.
