how many passengers can a learner driver have vic Page 4

In Victoria, a learner driver is allowed to carry only one passenger unless supervised by a fully licensed driver. This rule aims to reduce distractions while the learner is gaining road experience. The supervising licensed driver must be seated next to the learner at all times. Breaking this rule can result in hefty fines and demerit points. So, if you’re a learner, keep your car a no-party zone unless you want the cops knocking on your door. For the nitty-gritty, always check the latest from VicRoads.
