how many passengers on l plates qld Page 3

In Queensland, if you're sporting those famous L plates, you're allowed to carry one passenger in the front seat, excluding the supervising driver. No more than that, unless they're your immediate family. This rule is designed to keep distractions to a bare minimum while you’re mastering the art of not stalling at every roundabout.

Remember, the supervising driver must be seated beside you and hold an open licence. For the nitty-gritty, have a squiz at the Queensland Department of Transport’s official guidelines or ServiceCentral for the latest updates.
