how to get a trade plate qld Page 4

So, you want a trade plate in Queensland? Basically, it's your golden ticket for driving unregistered vehicles for business purposes, like a mechanic's dream. To get one, you'll need to apply through the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, prove you're a licensed motor dealer or repairer, and pay a fee that varies depending on the plate's size. You'll also need to meet strict conditions, such as only using the plate for vehicles owned by your business or customers, not personal joyrides. Remember, misuse can lead to some serious fines. For the nitty-gritty, grab the official application forms from the department's website or swing by ServiceCentral for assistance.
