First, vacuum thoroughly so you’re not scrubbing grit into the fabric like a zealot polishing sandpaper. For cloth seats, blot (don’t rub) with a mix of warm water and a few drops of dish soap; for protein spills, an enzyme cleaner helps, and a wet/dry vac pulls the muck back out. For leather, use a pH‑neutral leather cleaner and a soft brush, then condition—no bleach, no vinegar, and keep steam and soaking to a minimum. Ink marks? Lightly dab isopropyl alcohol on a cotton bud, then neutralise with cleaner. Always test products on a hidden patch, work in small sections, and don’t drown the foam under the fabric. Still looks like modern art? Call a detailer before you etch it in forever.
