hyundai radio no sound Page 6

Hyundai radio gone quiet? Start with the obvious: check mute, make sure the fader/balance isn’t exiling sound to a non‑existent speaker, and crank the separate Bluetooth/media volume on both phone and head unit.

Try another source (FM, USB, Bluetooth) to see if it’s the tuner, the phone, or the whole lot being dramatic.

Do a soft reset by holding the power button for 10–15 seconds; many Hyundai head units behave after a reboot, and a dealer firmware update can cure lingering sulks.

No joy? Check the AUDIO/ACC fuse, suspect a failed amp on higher trims, and inspect door looms for broken wires that leave speakers playing mime.

If it’s still silent, the head unit may be cooked—price a repair or replacement—and check warranty before your wallet performs a disappearing act.
