The 2024 Hyundai Tucson facelift is the mid-life nip and tuck: sharper grille and bumpers outside, a far smarter cabin inside with twin 12.3-inch screens and tidier ergonomics.

Australia finally gets a hybrid option, while the old diesel bows out; the familiar 2.0 petrol (FWD) and 1.6T (AWD) carry on with minor tweaks.

Safety tech is beefed up with improved AEB and lane systems, and yes, wireless phone mirroring is on the menu depending on trim—no more cable spaghetti for most buyers.

Expect pricing to start in the high-$30Ks and stretch into the mid-$50Ks (plus on-roads), with the Hybrid sitting near the top.

In short, it looks fresher, drives tidier, and feels more premium—without pretending it’s a luxury SUV that charges you extra for a floor mat.
