i30 elite vs n line Page 6

Choosing between Hyundai i30 Elite and N Line is basically comfort cruiser versus cheeky sprinter.

The Elite leans relaxed and plush, while the N Line tightens throttle, steering and suspension for a livelier commute.

• i30 Elite – Pros: smoother ride, simpler non‑turbo running, likely cheaper insurance/tyres, quieter cabin. Cons: less punch, less sporty trim, torsion‑beam rear in most years.
• i30 N Line – Pros: turbo shove, multi‑link rear, sport seats/wheels, manual or DCT choice. Cons: firmer ride, dearer consumables/insurance, DCT can feel jerky at low speeds.

Both pack solid safety tech and easy practicality, but test the ride: N Line can thump over rough Aussie backroads while the Elite stays calmer. Prices in Australia usually put N Line above Elite—drive both and let your spine and your grin cast the votes.
