jolion s review Page 9

Ah, the Jolion S, a compact SUV trying to steal the limelight without the budget or bravado of more established rivals. It boasts a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine delivering around 150 horsepower, paired with a CVT gearbox—smooth but not exactly thrilling. Inside, it offers a surprisingly roomy cabin and a decent tech suite, though the materials sometimes feel a touch cheap for the price. Fuel economy hovers around 7.5 L/100km, which is respectable but not class-leading. Expect new models to start around $35,000 AUD, while used examples might be found closer to $25,000 AUD. Common gripes include occasional CVT noise and modest driving dynamics. For a detailed dive, check out reviews on CarShowroom or browse used listings on Tradingpost.
