kia carnival platinum review Page 2

The Kia Carnival Platinum is the luxury ninja of the people mover world, offering a sumptuous blend of practicality and panache. Sporting a 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine producing around 206 kW, it rockets the family chariot from 0 to 100 km/h in a respectable time, all while ferrying seven or eight souls comfortably. Inside, the Platinum trim boasts leather-appointed seats, a panoramic sunroof, and a state-of-the-art infotainment system that could make your home theatre weep with envy. Safety is no afterthought, with advanced driver-assist features like blind-spot monitoring and autonomous emergency braking. New, expect prices north of $70,000 AUD, while decent used examples can be found on CarShowroom or Tradingpost for a more reasonable sum. If you need a people mover that's more yacht than van, the Carnival Platinum might just be your cup of tea.
