kia cerato ancap rating Page 5

The current Kia Cerato carries an ANCAP rating of 4 stars (2019 date stamp) across the BD series sold in Australia.

That result reflects the safety tech that was standard at the time—some variants gained extra assists, but the star rating didn’t magically grow a fifth point.

Earlier generations (tested under older protocols) achieved higher scores, but different rules, different game.

If you’re shopping, check the specific build year and variant for its safety kit, and cross-check ANCAP’s site for the fine print.
