kia recall 2023 Page 7

2023 saw a flurry of Kia recalls in Australia, but the upside is simple: fixes are free and designed to keep your pride and joy from doing anything dramatic. To check if your car’s involved, plug your VIN into Kia Australia’s recall lookup or search Product Safety Australia for your model. Your local Kia dealer will confirm, book you in, and sort parts under the recall at no cost—because paying for a recall would be silly. Bought it used? Recalls follow the car, not the owner, so you’re still covered. After the work, get your logbook stamped, keep the job card, and drive away smugly—but safely, not heroically.
