kia sorento 2024 australia specs Page 7

The 2024 Kia Sorento (AU) serves up seven seats and a choice of efficient powertrains rather than reinventing physics.

• 2.2L turbo‑diesel (AWD): about 148 kW and 440 Nm, paired with an 8‑speed DCT; combined fuel use typically 6–7 L/100 km.
• 1.6L turbo‑hybrid (FWD/AWD, selected grades): system output around 169 kW and 350 Nm via a 6‑speed auto; expect roughly 5–6 L/100 km.
• 1.6L plug‑in hybrid (limited availability): system output around 195 kW; EV range roughly 60–70 km on a full charge.

All versions pack the usual active safety kit, handy driver assists, and the flashy new screens from the facelift. Towing capacities vary by powertrain; check the plate before hooking up the caravan.
