Looking at Kia Sorento configurations and wondering which badge suits your chaos? In Australia, the Sorento typically comes in S, Sport, Sport+, and GT-Line trims, all with seven seats and a cabin full of family-proof cubbies.

Powertrains depend on year, but you’ll commonly see a 3.5‑litre petrol V6 (FWD, 8‑speed auto), a 2.2‑litre turbo-diesel (AWD, 8‑speed DCT), plus Hybrid and Plug‑in Hybrid options (AWD, 6‑speed auto) on upper trims.

Spec packs scale with the badge: S keeps it honest, Sport adds niceties, Sport+ brings the good stuff, and GT-Line piles on the tech and leather like it’s showing off to the neighbours.

Exact availability shifts with model year and stock, so double-check the current Kia Australia lineup or the fine print before you start naming the third row.
