kia wait time Page 8

Kia wait times in Australia are a moving target, but the post-supply-crunch hangover is easing.

Popular petrol models are often available quickly, while high-demand hybrids and EVs can still take longer thanks to limited allocations and battery supply.

Your best play: talk to multiple dealers (metro and regional), be flexible on colour/trim, and ask for a confirmed build slot or VIN allocation date.

Also check demo and near-new stock—delivery miles aren’t a crime, and they can cut the wait dramatically.

Beware end-of-model-year rollovers; a shiny update can add weeks, while choosing a current build may land you a car sooner.

In short: timing varies by variant and location, but a bit of flexibility and phoning around beats doomscrolling any day.
