knight rider movie

Ah, the Knight Rider movie, a curious beast indeed. Officially titled "Knight Rider" (2008), it was a made-for-TV film that attempted to reboot the classic 1980s series starring David Hasselhoff. The plot revolves around a new Knight Rider team and a new AI car named KITT, trying to fend off modern villains with retro charm. Fans found it lacking the original's charisma and grit, but it has its moments if you like your nostalgia with a side of cheesy CGI.

Don't expect a cinematic masterpiece; it was more of a pilot for a new series that didn’t quite take off. For those hunting copies, you might find DVDs or digital versions floating around tradingpost.com.au or CarShowroom for some baffling reason.
