lancer fuel tank capacity Page 6

Short answer: most Mitsubishi Lancer petrol sedans and hatches in Australia carry between 50–59 litres, depending on generation.

CH/CE-era cars (early–mid 2000s) are typically around 50 L, while the later CJ/CF models (2007–2017) step up to about 59 L; the Sportback matches that.

Performance variants (Evolution) vary slightly, commonly near 55 L—because rally dreams don’t run on fumes.

Check your build year and trim on the fuel-flap sticker or in the owner’s manual to be sure.
