If your lithium battery refuses to hit 100%, it’s not being lazy—it’s being smart (and saving itself for the long haul).
Most EVs, e-bikes and power stations limit top charge by default to preserve longevity, and fast chargers taper so hard near the top that you’d grow a beard waiting.
If you truly need 100% for a trip, enable the charge-to-100% or trip mode and depart soon after; don’t leave it sitting full like a pav in the sun.
If limits are off and it still won’t budge, check the manual or get a dealer/technician to scan the BMS—better than guessing with a multimeter at midnight.
