load em up Page 563

Ah, "load em up"—a phrase that conjures images of a ute piled high or maybe a caravan packed to the rafters. If you're asking about loading capacity, it depends on the vehicle or context. For utes and trucks, payload can range from 700kg to over 1500kg. For caravans or trailers, it's about the Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) and tow ratings, typically up to 3500kg for most light vehicles. Always check your vehicle's handbook or ServiceCentral for exact specs before cramming your gear in lest you end up with a nasty fine or worse, a blown suspension.
