The Lotus Emira is the swan song of traditional British sports cars before the electrification wave crashes in. It packs a punch with a 3.5-litre supercharged V6 producing around 400 horsepower, catapulting you to 100 km/h in about 4.3 seconds. Prices in Australia start at roughly AUD 130,000 new, with used models hovering slightly lower depending on condition and mileage. Inside, it boasts a minimalist yet driver-focused cabin, although the infotainment system feels like it was borrowed from a budget hatchback. Official Lotus documentation is your best mate for the nitty-gritty specs and service intervals.
