mazda 2 service cost Page 38

The Mazda 2 is cheap to keep, provided you don’t service it at a day spa. Expect dealer capped-price servicing roughly every 12 months/10,000 km, with typical visits landing around $250–$500 in Australia depending on year and schedule. Over five years, that’s roughly $1,500–$2,400 if you stick with the dealer stamp; good independents can be sharper. Budget extra for items like brake fluid (24 months), filters, and spark plugs around 100–120k km, which can bump a particular service. Shop around for quotes and you’ll save enough for a proper coffee rather than the waiting-room instant.
