melbourne citylink toll Page 44

CityLink is Melbourne’s cashless toll road run by Transurban, linking the Monash, West Gate and Tullamarine freeways—handy, until you forget to pay.

Use an e‑tag/e‑account for automatic tolling, or buy a short‑term pass; you’ve got a tight window after travel to sort it before admin fees come knocking.

Vehicle class matters (car vs heavy) and different sections are tolled separately, so plan your route if you’re counting coins like a uni student in week three.

Visitors can set up a quick pass online, locals should stick an e‑tag on the windscreen and move on with life; no booths, no excuses.
