mercedes b200 review Page 7

The Mercedes B200 is an intriguing blend of compact practicality and that unmistakable German luxury badge swagger. It sports a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine, producing around 154 kW, paired with a smooth 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. Inside, expect a surprisingly spacious cabin, plush materials, and a tech-savvy infotainment system that tries to keep you connected without overwhelming. Fuel consumption sits around 6.5-7.5 L/100km, which is respectable for this class. However, some critics grumble about its firm ride and less-than-exciting handling compared to rivals. If you’re browsing CarShowroom or Tradingpost, expect prices from about $40,000 new to $20,000-$30,000 used, depending on year and condition. Always check official Mercedes documentation for the nitty-gritty specs.
