The 2022 MG3’s interior is cheerful and honest—plenty of hard plastics, but it’s easy to keep clean and won’t cry if you drop hot chips.

You get an 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay (no Android Auto), simple dials, and enough cubbies for keys, sunnies, and the emergency mints. Seats are basic but comfy for the daily slog, and the boot is surprisingly generous for a pint-sized hatch.

Key bits: 8-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, 5 seats, around 307 L boot capacity. Consult official documentation for exact figures.
