mg zs safety rating 2023 Page 5

In Australia, the 2023 MG ZS petrol carries an ANCAP 4-star (2017) rating under older test protocols.

The MG ZS EV is separately rated at 5 stars (2019 Euro NCAP, recognised by ANCAP), while the ZST facelift hasn’t been independently ANCAP-rated.

That means a 2023 petrol ZS isn’t held to the later, tougher standards—apples and watermelons, really.

As always, check which airbags, AEB and lane support your exact trim gets, because spec can vary like Melbourne weather.

Consult official documentation for exact figures.
