mini electric range Page 62

The Mini Electric’s range depends on which generation you’re eyeing, and how heavy your right foot is.

The previous Aussie model (Cooper SE, 32.6 kWh gross) managed about ~233 km WLTP, with ~160–200 km real‑world around town.

The new-generation Mini Cooper Electric lifts that to roughly ~305 km (E, ~40.7 kWh) or ~380–402 km (SE, ~54 kWh), if you behave.

Expect less on the highway, in winter, or if you treat every green light like a qualifying lap; more if you dawdle and use regen wisely.

Charging is straightforward: a home wallbox sorts overnight top-ups, and DC fast charging can take you from 10–80% in roughly 30–60 minutes depending on charger.
