model s cost Page 9

Asking the cost of a Tesla Model S in Australia? New ones aren’t officially sold here right now, so a local “new price” is about as real as a drop bear.

On the used market, expect roughly $40,000–$150,000 AUD depending on year, battery (60/70/75/85/90/100 kWh), condition, and whether it’s a spicy Performance variant.

Factor in on-roads, battery health reports, warranty status, and software (FSD/Enhanced Autopilot) because those can nudge the number more than a cheeky 0–100 sprint.

If someone’s offering a “near-new” import, budget generously for compliance and taxes—your wallet will feel it before the acceleration does.
