In Australia, the MG4’s list pricing sits broadly in the high‑$30k to high‑$50k AUD bracket, depending on battery size and trim (from the base Excite up to the XPOWER). Expect the entry variants to hover around the high‑$30ks–low‑$40ks, mid‑spec in the mid‑$40ks, and long‑range or performance versions nudging the $50ks. On the used market, early cars typically run mid‑$30ks to low‑$50ks, with swings driven by kilometres, condition, and how optimistic the seller is. Always check whether a figure is MSRP (before on‑roads) or a drive‑away offer—MG often advertises the latter, which keeps the maths friendlier.
