The Munich Motor Show—now dubbed IAA Mobility—is Germany’s big glitzy showcase where carmakers wheel out fresh EVs, wild concepts and polished promises.

It runs in Munich across the Messe halls and city-centre displays, typically in early September on odd-numbered years, so yes, comfy shoes and a plan are mandatory.

Expect a feast of electrification, software wizardry and micromobility, with just enough noisy toys to stop the petrolheads from sulking.

It’s part tech expo, part street festival, and part corporate theatre—bring curiosity, leave with sore feet and a phone full of “the future.”
