musso vs ldv Page 8

Musso vs LDV: two budget-friendly utes that get the job done without the showroom fanfare. The SsangYong leans comfy and tow-friendly, while the LDV T60 Max counters with power and spec.

• Musso pros: smoother coil-spring ride, stout towing (variant-dependent up to 3,500 kg), long 7-year unlimited km warranty, honest cabin and decent safety
• Musso cons: less outright shove than LDV, infotainment feels dated, dealer network smaller than the big-name brands

• LDV T60 Max pros: strong 2.0 bi-turbo diesel (about 160 kW/500 Nm), loads of kit for the coin, lengthy warranty in Australia
• LDV cons: firmer ride, cabin finish still hit-and-miss, resale and dealer coverage trail mainstream rivals

No winner here—choose comfy daily manners (Musso) or maximum grunt and features per dollar (LDV). For real-world prices and listings, Tradingpost keeps everyone honest.
