mux specs

Ah, the elusive "mux specs"—assuming you mean multiplexer specifications and not some obscure Aussie slang for a ute. A multiplexer (mux) is an electronic device that selects one of many input signals and forwards the selected input into a single line.

• Number of Channels: varies widely; common muxes handle anywhere from 2 to 64 inputs.
• Bandwidth: from a few MHz up to several GHz depending on application.
• Voltage Range: typically 3.3V or 5V logic levels.
• Switching Speed: varies from nanoseconds to microseconds.

For precise specs, consult the datasheet of the specific mux device you’re eyeballing. Otherwise, you might as well be reading tea leaves.
