new 4x4 coming to australia 2023 Page 2

If you wanted fresh 4x4 metal in Australia in 2023, you weren’t starved—quite the opposite, like a Bunnings on sausage-sizzle day.

New arrivals included the second‑gen Volkswagen Amarok, the Ineos Grenadier, and the GWM Tank 300, plus beefed‑up variants like the Ford Ranger Raptor landing in real numbers.

Value hunters also saw the Mahindra Scorpio join the fray, while 2023 announcements such as the new Toyota Prado and Suzuki Jimny 5‑door set the stage for deliveries rolling into 2024.

Expect pricing to span roughly AUD 40k–110k depending on badge, bling and how much mud you plan to redecorate with.

The Amarok brings plush tech and Ranger bones; the Grenadier is a boxy bush tool with a posh accent; the Tank 300 mixes proper low‑range capability with keen pricing.

As ever, test before you buy, then keep an eye on Tradingpost for deals that pop up faster than a dingo at a picnic.
