new generation ford ranger Page 2

The new-generation Ford Ranger has been ruling Aussie job sites and school runs since 2022, with chunkier styling, a smarter cabin and towing bragging rights to spare.

Key figures: 3.0L V6 turbo-diesel (about 184 kW/600 Nm), 2.0L Bi-Turbo diesel (around 154 kW/500 Nm), 10-speed auto, up to 3,500 kg braked towing and ~1,000 kg payload, depending on variant.

Inside you get SYNC 4A with a big portrait screen, full-time 4WD on V6 models, and enough driver aids to make towing a caravan feel less like a physics experiment.

New prices run from work-ready variants in the $40k bracket to Wildtrak and Raptor money in the $70k–$90k zone, while used MY22–MY24s range roughly $45k to $100k+. Consult official documentation for exact figures.
