new p plate rules nsw Page 3

Ah, the infamous New South Wales P Plate rules, where your newfound freedom comes shackled with a delightful set of restrictions. If you’re a fresh driver, expect to stick to a 90 km/h speed limit and a zero blood alcohol limit. Night-time driving restrictions may also apply, typically between 11 pm and 5 am. You’ll need to display those proud red P plates prominently on your car’s front and rear. These rules aim to keep you alive long enough to graduate to full licensure—so don't treat them like mere suggestions.
