ninebot go kart pro

The Ninebot Go Kart Pro is a zippy little beast designed to turn your suburban driveway into a race track. It boasts a top speed of around 40 km/h and a range of approximately 24 km on a single charge, powered by an electric motor. Weighing in at about 29 kg, it's nimble and fun, though not exactly a full-fledged kart for serious racers. New, it’ll set you back around $1,300 to $1,500 AUD, with used models popping up cheaper on sites like Tradingpost or CarShowroom. Common gripes include limited battery life, somewhat flimsy build quality, and a tight fit for taller drivers.

• Battery degradation over time
• Plastic components prone to cracking
• Limited ground clearance
