nissan x trail ti-l 2023 review

The 2023 Nissan X-Trail Ti-L is the posh end of Nissan’s family SUV, the one with the nice stitching and the smug sense of having chosen wisely.

It rides comfortably, steers lightly, and the cabin spoils you with big screens, quality trim, heated bits, and safety tech like ProPILOT and a crisp 360° camera.

You can have the familiar 2.5-litre petrol with a CVT and all-wheel drive for easy cruising, or the clever e-POWER with e-4ORCE that drives electrically and feels smooth and punchy around town.

It’s not a corner-carver and the CVT can whine when hustled, but as a calm, quiet, five-seat family hauler with a useful boot and a premium vibe, it nails the brief.
