nissan x trail vs honda cr-v 2023

Need a comfy, family SUV with fewer compromises than your last diet? The Nissan X-Trail squares up to the Honda CR‑V in 2023 with very different personalities.

• Nissan X-Trail (2023) — Pros: smooth e‑Power hybrid option with EV-like shove, plush ride, clever e‑4ORCE AWD and a thoughtful cabin; Cons: third row is kid‑size and not offered on the hybrid, infotainment feels merely okay, and pricing can climb quickly with options.
• Honda CR‑V (2023) — Pros: roomy interior and practical boot, polished road manners, slick safety tech and classy fit‑out; Cons: hybrid availability is limited/timing dependent, some variants get spendy, and off‑road pretensions are basically nil.

Both are quiet, easygoing daily drivers; the X‑Trail leans adventurous while the CR‑V leans refined. Test both, bring the family, and choose the vibe that makes the school run feel least like a chore.
