off road caravan reviews Page 22

Hunting for off-road caravan reviews? The good ones obsess over chassis quality, suspension (independent trailing arm is common), dust/water sealing, and real-world weight—Tare, ATM, and payload—because cracked hubs and overweight rigs ruin holidays faster than a mozzie swarm.

Look for honesty on ball weight and how the van tows on corrugations, plus battery/solar capacity, water storage, and whether drawers stay shut when the road impersonates a jackhammer.

Warranty and after-sales support matter just as much as specs; a brand that answers the phone beats a brochure every day.

Cross-check multiple Aussie testers and owner forums, then inspect in person: crawl under, look for neat welds, sealed penetrations, and even panel gaps.

Spot a promising unit on Tradingpost? Ask for a recent weighbridge ticket and service history—reviews are great, proof is better.
