opus camper review Page 5

Ah, the Opus Camper: a clever little beast that tries to marry the convenience of a tent with the comfort of a caravan. The design is impressively compact and lightweight, perfect for those who want to tow without breaking a sweat. Inside, you get basic but thoughtful amenities like a fold-out bed, kitchen facilities, and storage, all cleverly packed to maximise space.

However, it’s not exactly a palace on wheels—space is tight, and if you’re tall or claustrophobic, this might feel like camping in a shoebox. The build quality is generally solid, but some users have reported minor durability issues over time.

New models hover around $20,000 to $30,000 AUD, while used ones can be found cheaper on sites like Tradingpost. In summary, it’s a smart little rig for minimalist adventurers but not for those craving luxury or space. Check out CarShowroom for detailed specs and user reviews.
