p off course act

Ah, the 'P Off Course Act'—sounds like a cryptic legal drama, but in the Australian context, this likely refers to the rules governing provisional (P plate) drivers when they stray off their approved driving routes or conditions.

Provisional licence holders in Australia must adhere to strict conditions such as passenger limits, nighttime driving restrictions, and speed limits. Driving off-course or breaching these can lead to fines, demerit points, or even suspension. The exact penalties vary by state, so it’s wise to consult your local transport authority or legal sources.

For the nitty-gritty, check official government websites or resources like ServiceCentral that detail P-plate regulations and consequences for non-compliance.
