p plater rules vic Page 13

Ah, the infamous Victorian P-plate rules—like a bureaucratic rite of passage for every newbie driver. If you're rocking P plates in Victoria, you’re limited to a maximum speed of 90 km/h, and you must display red P plates on your car. You’re not allowed to use a mobile phone, even hands-free, and your blood alcohol content must be zero. There are also restrictions on towing and passenger limits during certain hours. These rules stick around for at least 12 months, depending on your age and when you passed your test.
