Pets and Horses - Page 35

Find pets, horses and pet supplies on Tradingpost, listed by private sellers and businesses around the country.

Pets and Horses covers the animals themselves and everything that goes with them: dogs, cats, birds, fish, horses and small pets, rescue and rehoming listings, and the feed, bedding, housing and everyday gear that keeps them all going.

If you are looking at an animal rather than gear, take your time over it. Arrange to meet the animal in person, see it in its home environment and alongside its mother where that applies, and ask the seller about breeder details, microchipping, vaccinations and any health checks. On the rescue categories you adopt rather than buy, and the group rehoming the animal will talk you through the adoption fee and what the animal needs.

Animals: Dogs, Cats, Birds, Fish, Horses and Other Pets. Rehoming: Rescue a Dog and Rescue a Cat.

Feed, bedding and gear: Dog Food and Accessories, Cat Food and Accessories, Bird Food and Accessories, Fish Food and Accessories, Horse Accessories and Pet Accessories and Supplies.

Feed and small gear post easily enough, but housing, floats and tanks are collection only, so it pays to start close to home. Sort by newest or by price, and add a state or a suburb once you know what you are after. Every listing shows photos and the seller's contact details, so you can ask your questions and arrange to meet before you go any further. Rehoming an animal, or clearing out gear you no longer need?
