phone wireframe Page 180

Think of a phone wireframe as the blueprint before you splash on the paint—boxes, labels and flows, not confetti and gradients. Start with pen and paper to map key screens and journeys, then move to Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD once the bones look sensible. Keep it low‑fi: grey boxes, clear hierarchy, obvious navigation, and tap targets big enough for clumsy thumbs. Test the flow with a few humans, iterate, then layer in visual design only after the structure earns its keep. Bonus points for following iOS/Android patterns so it feels native rather than mystery meat.
