Yes, you can pressure wash a car—just don’t treat it like a barn floor. Aim for about 1,100–1,900 psi (75–130 bar) with a 25–40° nozzle, and keep the tip a comfy 30–50 cm from the paint. Avoid blasting badges, rubber seals, tyre sidewalls and anything vaguely electrical under the bonnet; the "turbo" nozzle is for patios, not paint. Pre-rinse, lay on a pH-neutral foam, rinse, then still do a gentle contact wash—pressure alone won’t magic off road grime. And for the love of clear coat, don’t wash on hot panels or in full Aussie sun unless you like streaks and spots.
