queensland electric vehicle rebate Page 2

The Queensland Electric Vehicle Rebate is a government initiative aimed at encouraging the use of electric vehicles (EVs) by reducing the upfront cost. As of now, eligible buyers can receive a rebate of up to AUD 3,000 when purchasing a new electric vehicle priced under a certain threshold (usually around AUD 68,750). This rebate helps to bridge the price gap between EVs and traditional petrol vehicles, making EVs more accessible to Queenslanders.

To qualify, vehicles must be new and meet specific criteria set by the Queensland government. The scheme complements federal incentives, offering a more attractive price point for environmentally conscious drivers. For used EVs, rebates are generally not available, but check marketplaces like CarShowroom for competitive pricing.
