queensland learner licence Page 9

Chasing a Queensland learner licence? Here’s the short, no-nonsense version.

You must be at least 16 and pass the learner knowledge test to get a Class C permit.

When driving, you need a supervisor with a valid licence in the passenger seat, L‑plates front and rear, and a rock-solid 0.00 BAC.

No mobile phones at all—yes, even hands‑free can sit this one out.

If you’re under 25, log 100 hours including 10 at night and hold the learner licence for at least 12 months before the practical test.

You’ll also need to pass the hazard perception test before the driving test; tick those boxes and you’re off to P-plate fame.
